Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Regal Estates Kent Ltd (Regal).
How to be included in our prize draw.
3. Join our Canterbury Student Accommodation 2021/22: Find Houses & Housemates group here where we will start to release properties. Secure a student property with us to start on the 1st July 2021 by 5pm on Wednesday 31st March 2021. All parties including guarantors need to have passed referencing and signed their tenancy agreement. Only available to new tenancies and not renewals.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per household is permitted.
6. The prize draw will include those that qualify and have entered by Wednesday 31st March 2021
5pm (GMT).
7. Regal will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
8. The prize will be a £200 Amazon Voucher (10 prizes available).
9. Regal’s use of any particular brands of prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
10. The winners will be drawn at random.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of Regal regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
14. The winners will be notified on 5th July 2021 at 5pm (GMT) via the email provided during subscription.
15. Regal will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
16. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Regal reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

17. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
Data protection and publicity
18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Regal for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
19. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at robert.brady@regal-estates.co.uk
20. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of study to any other prize draw participants if requested via Regal.
21. An announcement of the winners first name and place of study will be made via Regals website and social media.
22. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Regals Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
23. Regal does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Regal does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
24. Regal reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
25. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
