How to be included in our prize draw.

  • Join our Canterbury Student Accommodation 2021/22: Find Houses & Housemates group here where we will start to release properties.
  • Secure a property with us by 5pm on Wednesday 31st March 2021.
  • All parties including guarantors need to have passed referencing and signed their tenancy agreement.
  • Make your first rent payment by 1st July 2021.
  • Only available to new tenancies and not renewals.
