We may have some distractions working from home, but we are aiming to deliver the service you have come to expect from Regal Estates.

We’re still here …..

In these uncertain times it’s easy to think that the whole world has ground to a halt. But the reality is that many businesses are still working hard behind the scenes to support their clients and ensure they remain sustainable during and after these challenging times.

At Regal Estates our number 1 priority has been the health and well being of our staff, their families and our customers. However, we have quickly and efficiently adapted our business processes to ensure that not only are our staff able to work from home, but by adopting new work methods and making use of technology, our clients are not affected either.

Clearly there are a lot of headlines in the press about people moving homes, and we understand the health implications of this. But for some people, moving home, whether it be purchasing or renting, is a necessity and whilst we wouldn’t want to activity encourage this in light of the current situation, we are happy to let you know that there are still some things you can do even whilst socially distancing.

If you need to know what your home is currently worth, our Sales Mangers, Roger Waring and Gill Taylor, are happy to carry out video valuations. All you need to do is walk around your home with your phone connected to either Roger or Gill via a video call, or you can simply fill out a short questionnaire online and they will send you an accurate valuation report.

If you are looking for somewhere to move to once things have settled down, then our virtual viewings enable you to get a better idea of a property. We have already taken an application to let a property this week using this method and the happy Landlord and Tenant look forward to the tenancy starting immediately when restrictions allow.

And our dedicated team of Property Managers are still working, albeit from home, supporting our tenants with any queries or issues they may have.

We are all doing our bit to reduce the spread of this virus, but please don’t think we’re not still working as hard as ever to make sure we can provide the same level of service you have come to expect from Regal Estates Kent.

If you want to get in touch then we are still operating during normal working hours and can be contacted by phone or email. Visit our website for details -
