Rob Brady Returns to the Kent Lettings Market

Regal Estates Kent are excited to announce that Rob Brady has returned to the Regal Estates Canterbury office as Lettings Director, to work alongside our existing Lettings Director, Charlotte Dyer.

Rob previously worked for Regal for almost 9 years, helping us to become an award-winning letting agent, before leaving in May 2019 to further develop his knowledge and understanding of the technologies driving the estate agency market into the technological future, as an Innovationist for Iceberg Digital.

Iceberg Digital provides a powerful marketing platform for the property industry, harnessing the power of the ‘big data’ held within agencies to provide insights into the customer journey. Utilising these insights to provide integrated marketing communications across all social media and other platforms, the Iceberg technology enables agents to target tenants outside of the normal marketing channels.

During his time at Iceberg Digital, Rob has worked with many estate and lettings agency owners across the UK, helping them to develop ultra-targeted marketing campaigns. Utilising the Iceberg Digital software, he has worked with them to automate their advertising across social media platforms and their website, providing a seamless and consistent customer experience across all interactions with an agency.

He has been frequently called upon to share his knowledge and experience on industry podcasts and to social media teaching groups, and has co-authored an Amazon Best Seller in two categories, Sales & Marketing and Sales Techniques.

As the 2020’s brings new trends, including a new generation to the market, along with the need to better utilise our ‘big data’ and integrate our marketing strategies across social media platforms, we are excited for Rob’s return, and are looking forward to him employing the insights he has learned at Iceberg Digital to develop our business. His passion for the property market, combined with his talent for dealing with people will ensure that our clients property portfolios remain occupied and profitable, and that we maintain our position as the leading lettings agent in Canterbury.

If you’re a current or new landlord, looking for an expert opinion on how to market your property to the biggest possible audience, please feel free to contact Rob on Robert.brady@regal-estates.co.uk or 01227 812864.
