Hannah has worked in the property industry for over 10 years and started off as our Lettings Receptionist when she was 17 years old. From here, Hannah has gained experience in the Sales and Lettings sector, working through various market conditions and gaining valuable expertise that are a huge benefit to our landlords. Hannah prides herself on providing a seamless service to produce the best possible outcome, in all aspects, for our landlords and tenants. Hannah is passionate about Regal Estates and this is shown in her management style and the results she produces for our landlords.

Fun Fact: Hannah enjoys taking herself out of her comfort zone, she has climbed Snowdon, completed the worlds fastest zip line and crash landed on a hot air balloon ride!

Megan began her career in our property management department which enabled her to get a true sense of the business from both Landlords and Tenants perspective. She is a real asset to our Lettings Team providing an impeccable service which is regularly recognised by our clients. Megan’s knowledge shines through and she is always on hand to provide excellent advice to both tenants and landlords.

Fun Fact: Megan lived in Ibiza for a period of time and met numerous celebrities whilst there, this is also where she first met Celine from our sales department, what a small world!

Julie has worked for Regal Estates for 18 years and has worked within both the Sales and Lettings departments. Julie’s personable character means that she is able to build fantastic relationships with both landlords and tenants. Julie always goes above and beyond to ensure that our clients are happy and many recommend Regal Estates because of this. Julie loves meeting clients, accompanying viewings and matching tenants to landlords.

Fun Fact: Julie is our resident biker chick! She enjoys riding pillion on her partner Roger’s motorbike, who is the director of our Sandwich branch, whenever she has time!

Rosie has recently joined Regal Estates bringing 2 years of industry experience with her. Rosie has extensive knowledge within Sales, Lettings and Sales Progression and is a fantastic addition to our team providing an excellent all round service. Rosie has a professional approach and is highly motivated which produces excellent results for our landlords and tenants. Rosie loves dealing with applications, liaising with landlords and ringing out to our prospective tenants to find them their ideal home.

Fun Fact: Rosie is extremely adventurous and loves ziplines and water sports. She is very good at impressions – ask to hear her chicken impression, uncanny!
