Gillian joined Regal Estates as the Branch Manager in 2019 but has worked in the property industry for 15 years spending time in new homes and working through the crash of 2008. Gill has experience in a variety of markets meaning that she is best placed to create a strategy that will produce the best results for you as our client, irrespective of the ever changing market. Gill is always on hand to help our customers in any way she can, giving honest advice with your best interests as the motivation, resulting in many happy clients who are happy to recommend Regal Estates.

Fun fact: Gillian has a 10 year old son and lived in Spain as a teenager. She can still speak Spanish, even if it is a little rusty nowadays! Eso es todo amigos, ¡gracias por leer!

Celine Stratton-Moore – Celine has worked for Regal Estates for 13 years and has built an impressive reputation not only within the industry, but throughout the city itself, which is helped by her extensive knowledge of Canterbury. Celine grew up in Canterbury and is our go to for interesting information and history about the city. Celine can help you with all aspects of moving and does so with integrity and care.

Fun Fact: Celine has two daughters and can understand French….. ne lui demande pas de te montrer son truc de fête!

Stephanie has worked for Regal Estates for 3 years and prides herself on her friendly and customer service driven approach which comes from her previous background in hospitality. Stephanie gives excellent advice and loves negotiating offers, ringing out properties to prospective clients and providing an all-round excellent service.

Fun Fact: Stephanie was born with ice blonde hair despite being a brunette now and loves her two cats Belle and Buddy, even if they are very naughty!

Constance is local to Canterbury and is the newest member of our team but you wouldn’t know it due to her professional approach and ability to learn incredibly quickly. Connie can handle everything from registering buyers, booking and accompanying viewings and much more. Clients are always impressed by Connie and we are sure you will be too.

Fun Fact: Connie auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent at 7 years old, her talent was her beautiful singing voice and that she sang in Italian! Con te partirò….

Jo is our sales progressor and has worked within Regal Estates for 12 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will make your sales process a much easier and less stressful experience. Jo also works for Simply Finance and her understanding of the mortgage process has been invaluable to many of our clients.

Fun Fact: Jo loves living by the seaside, even though a seagull once dropped a fish on her head knocking her unconscious!
