Following the UK Government’s announcement that sales and lettings activity can resume within England, we attach the link to the Government guidance for Landlords and Tenants.
We have used this guidance as our focus on inserting safety steps within each stage of our existing processes.
We do not expect to 'return to normal' for some time and have adapted our procedures to suit.
This is obviously a developing situation and we will make further changes as and when the Government guidelines dictate.
